Mobile Application Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy in point of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the computer program: "SUDZ "TEZIS". TEZIS Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as the Application) can get information about the User while using the Application. Applications (any version and configuration) allows to work remotely with different versions of computer program – “Document and task management system TEZIS” (hereinafter – System). By installing the Application, you agrees to the collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data described below.

Collected information in Android Applications.

Android Application stores following information on your device:

User login. User login stores using protected system storage;
Token. This information is using for synchronization application data with data of the System. Token stores using protected system storage;
User contact details (phone numbers, E-mail etc.). The user’s contact data and his contact list are not used;
Photos, documents, and application log files. This type of data is required for the correct operation of applications in offline mode. The application’s internal storage is used to store this information. User photos are not shared with external applications. This information can be uploaded to the device memory using Scoped Storage.

Application operate in isolated area of device memory, access to external application is restricted. Security of user’s data provided at the Android OS level.
No other personal or confidential data is processed, stored or transmitted by the Applications.

Collected information in iOS Applications.

OS Application stores following information on your device:

User login. User login stores using protected system storage;
Token. This information is using for synchronization application data with data of the System. Token stores using protected system storage;
User contact details (phone numbers, E-mail etc.). The user’s contact data and his contact list are not used;
Photos, documents, and application log files. This type of data is required for the correct operation of applications in offline mode. The application’s folder is used to store this information. User photos are not shared with external applications.

No other personal or confidential data is processed, stored or transmitted by the Applications.

Use, storage and deletion of data.

During authorization, the Application transmits credentials for connection (login and password) in coded form. To improve security of data transfer, it is recommended to use HTTPS connection.
All data that user input during the Application operation is transferred to the server specified by the user at the entrance or in the Application setting.
Application log files are recorded during operation of application, which are used to analyze and fix problems. When sending log files to the administrator or feedback about the Application to the right holder, the text of the letter indicates the OS version and device model.
User can delete all the data that was uploaded to the device.
All the data is also deleted from the device during application uninstallation.
